Shop Tooling & Machining Services
Our shop offers a comprehensive range of tooling and machining services, including milling, turning, boring, welding, and custom engineering. We are equipped with advanced machinery and skilled technicians to handle projects of all sizes.
- Milling Services We offer both CNC and manual horizontal boring mills with a 98” x 48” table and 50” of vertical travel, along with a roller table for handling longer projects. Our capabilities are further enhanced by multiple Bridgeport knee mills to accommodate a wide range of milling needs.
- Turning Services Our turning capabilities include a 31' length capacity with diameters ranging from 25" to 47", ensuring we can handle a variety of large-scale turning projects with precision.
- Boring & Machining Services We specialize in vertical CNC lathe boring, with capabilities up to 54". Our keyseat operations can accommodate 1 ½” wide keyways. Additionally, our saws offer a 26" diameter capacity and a 20.5" x 40" rectangular cut. We also operate multiple hydraulic presses, including a 350-ton incline press, to handle heavy-duty tasks. For larger steel projects, our 6' x 13' CNC plasma table, equipped with an oxy-fuel option, can cut through steel thicker than 2".
- Welding Services We offer Submerged Arc welding, capable of handling shafts up to 18’ in length. Our team of certified welders is skilled in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques. With the support of overhead cranes, forklifts, 24’ flatbeds, box trucks, and mobile crane trucks, we ensure the efficient handling of projects. Additionally, our in-house engineering and design team is available to provide customized solutions for your welding needs.
Site Machining & Fabrication
We specialize in flange facing and milling, bearing journal buildup, and line boring for flat bases and ID bearing pedestals. Our capabilities extend to casings, split line surfaces, and steam turbines (LP, MP, HP). We are R-Stamp certified and provide full mechanical and electrical support.
Millwright Services
Our millwright services include laser alignment, full mechanical work, and ASME code structural and pipe welding.
Transportation, Rigging & Storage
We offer a 100-ton yard and mobile lifting capacity, along with specialized rigging services. Our 500-ton hydraulic gantry crane and secure yard storage options ensure safe and efficient handling of large projects.
Welding Services
We are certified for 6G welding per ASME/BPVC, Section IX, and provide welding for a variety of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, and more. Our capabilities include MIG, TIG, and Stick welding procedures.
